How it works
Strong, Clean & Reliable Tile Fixing
Ceramint Type 2 – Grade 555 (White) uses advanced white polymer technology to create a strong, flexible, and non-staining bond between tiles and the substrate. It is specially designed for vitrified, porcelain, marble, and light-coloured tiles.
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, firm, level, and free from dust, oil, grease, or loose particles. Proper surface preparation is essential for maximum adhesion.
Step 2: Mixing
Mix the adhesive with clean water in the recommended ratio to obtain a smooth, lump-free paste. Allow the mix to rest briefly before use.
Step 3: Adhesive Application
Apply the adhesive evenly on the surface using a notched trowel. The notches help maintain uniform thickness and improve bonding strength.
Step 4: Tile Placement
Place tiles firmly onto the adhesive bed and press gently to ensure full contact. Adjust alignment as needed within the open time.
